Trial or Triumph?

God is the sovereign creator of all things. He hung the stars in the sky, filled the oceans teeming with life, and numbered the hairs on our head. He created us in His image and he gave us all purpose. And that purpose is to be in relationship with Him.

In order to guide us into right relationship with Him, we are directed, bent, shaped, and delivered through our experiences. Whether we are trudging through the valley’s of life, or standing in triumph on top of the mountains that surround the valley; God is forming us into who He wants us to be.

God is only interested in the condition of our heart; and through our trials and triumphs our character is being shaped to live out that purpose that He created us for. There is only one thing that the Lord desires from us… obedience. Our only duty is to be open to what He wants us to learn while we are where we are.
